S & F Streamers Fern Bosse has been tying streamers for over 40 years; 35 for the Thompson Lake Marina! He is a Registered Maine Master Guide, a member of the Maine Professional Guides Association, and many fish and wildlife associations throughout the state. We are proud to carry the great streamers from Fern. Fern can also help you out with rod building and repair, and provides excellent guide service. "My wife and I have fished from Mousam Lake in Sanford to Square Lake in "The County".....from Azizcohos Lake in the western mountains to East Grand on the Canadian Boder. I have originated several streamer patterns...The "Sneeka" the most widely known.....but the "Clos-nuf"....."S&F Smelt" and "Stinger" along with several others do very well and are gaining in popularity. Streamer fishing is lots of fun! Great to hook a fish on light tackle. When we get a fish on we shut the motor off....and go one on one with the fish."
